The Côtes du Roussillon Red

This wine with intense red fruits flavours mainly comes from plots located on schisty marl which confers it a lot of fluidity and delicacy.  Velvet tanins.

To appreciate in his youth, it will be a perfect match for your hors d’oeuvres, cooked pork meats, poultries and grilled meat dishes.

Keeping: 4 to 5 years
Tasting temperature: 13°C to 15°C
