The Côtes du Roussillon Rosé

The Côtes du Roussillon Rosé stems from Black Grenache and Syrah in order to obtain a strong and fruity wine best in its youth, it is a rosé of bleeding. Its soil of predilection is the same as the one of Cotes du Roussillon Villages.

It will go very well with exotic dishes, italian specialities or grilled sardines. It can also be drunk as an aperitif.

Keeping : 1 to 2 years
Tasting Temperature : 8°C to 10°C

Soil : Very rocky clay-limestone hillsides and foothills

Grape varieties : Syrah, Black Grenache

Production per hectare : 35 hl/ha

Method of vinification : Total destemming, 6 hours maceration, bleeding, cold settling. Vinification in tanks with thermoregulation

Maturing : Stainless steel tank maturing with early bottling.

Alcohol by volume : 13% by vol.
