The Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tradition

Our blending “Tradition” was the very first red wine elaborated by the Domaine. This wine stemmed from a selection of very old vines  which give this wine power and balance.

It will be enjoyable with grilled meats, lamb and poultries dishes.

Keeping: 3 to 4 years
Tasting temperature: 15° C to 19° C

Soil : Very rocky schisty marl and clay-limestone hillsides and foothills

Grape varieties : Syrah, Black Grenache, Black Carignan

Production per hectare : 35 hl / ha

Vine growth : Short cut

Method of vinification : Total destemming, traditional maceration during 15 days with daily pumping-over and thermo regulation

Maturing : 12 months in tanks, matured in an air-conditioned cellar

Alcohol by volume : 14°

Bottle size : Bottles of 75 cl
