The Natural Sweet Wines

Since the XIIIth century, the Natural Sweet Wines are developed by adding wine alcohol to the grape juice during fermentation. Thanks to this ingenious process discovered by Arnau de Vilanova, these generous wines stemmming from Grenache Noir (Black Grenache), Grenache Blanc (White Grenache) and Muscat à petits grains for the wines of the Domaine, preserve a part of the natural sweetness of the fruit.
