DOMAINE FONTANEL, located in TAUTAVEL, on the foothills of the Corbières, between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, covers 30 hectares, 20 of which are in vines.

The production is focused on quality wines with cultivation methods that respect the environment: reasonable treatments, plowing … the yields are very low, often less than 30 hectoliters per hectare. The wines are vinified in a traditional way, taking into account the contributions.

Since 1989, these wines have been recognized in specialist journals in France, abroad and in numerous national competitions.
